Facilities and Hiring

Looking for a Venue for Your Club or Community Group?

Our school has two spacious halls available to hire, along with a large outdoor area that is suitable for a wide range of organised activities. Whether you run sports sessions, fitness classes, creative workshops, performing arts groups, or community meetings, our facilities provide a welcoming and adaptable space.

Information for New Hirers

Before a booking can be confirmed, hirers will be asked to provide:

• Details of the activity or event being delivered.
• Evidence of appropriate public liability insurance.
• Relevant risk assessments where applicable.
• Safeguarding documentation for activities involving children and young people.

All bookings are subject to availability and approval by the school. We welcome bookings from clubs, societies, and community organisations; however, we are unable to accommodate private parties or celebrations.

Information for Current Hirers

We value our ongoing partnerships with regular users of our facilities. To ensure a safe and successful experience for everyone, current hirers are asked to read and adhere to our policies which can be found here.

Safeguarding Expectations

The safety and wellbeing of children is a priority for the school. Any organisations hiring our facilities to work with children or young people are expected to have appropriate safeguarding arrangements in place.

All hirers delivering activities for children are expected to read and have regard to the latest version of Keeping Children Safe in out of school settings and ensure that all staff and volunteers understand their safeguarding responsibilities.
