This term we have been studying the Ancient Maya civilization. Supporting our curiosity we ventured out to the Pitt Rivers museum in Oxford on Tuesday 27th June. The children had a spectacular day, it was a massive success and enjoyed by all. The children worked hard in the workshops and practiced many skills including…juggling, plate spinning and even tightrope walking! As part of our Sports Week, John Hampden pupils took part in their annual Sports Day events across KS1, KS2 and Foundation Stage. Pupils from Year 6 took part in the Thame Cricket Festival today and both the boys’ and girls’ teams have returned as Partnership champions! The sun was shining at Thame Cricket Club, where the children took part in a day of fantastic, competitive play against three other teams from the Thame Schools Partnership. Despite some
