Woodlands – Day Three
Brrrrrrrrrr…it was chilly today! The teachers woke to news that there was snow in Thame and, not to be outdone, we looked out of the windows to snow-capped mountains! We are all hoping the snow stays for our mountain walk on Friday. It took a bit of effort to get some of the children out

After a pretty good first night with mixed amounts of sleep, we awoke to another sunny day here in Wales. We had a good breakfast, including croissants and cereal and then we all set off on our activities for the day: Group 1 – Canoeing Group 2 – Caving Group 3 – Climbing and High

We made it to Woodlands in good time, with the sun shining and a bus filled with laughter and singing! After finding our rooms and making our beds (some better than others!) we embarked on an afternoon of team-building in our activity groups. After this it was back to our rooms to unpack and get
Thame 10K and Colour Run
It was great to see so many of the JHS community (both pupils and staff) turn out to enjoy the 10K and Colour Run. It was very hot but it did not deter the competitors and we are incredibly proud of the children, staff and parents who ran their hearts out – well done everyone!
Crocodiles of the World – Year 2
Year 2 had a fantastic trip at Crocodiles of the world. Both classes got an informative tour from Colin (one of the zoo keepers) of the main inside zoo area, where they got to see some smaller crocs, snakes and even a tarantula. Before heading over to watch the cheeky meerkats being fed and ask
