Science Week - Materials
In Science Week, we are exploring the uses of materials. NASA have asked for our help to send three brave eggstronauts on a space mission to a newly discovered galaxy. The three challenges are:
1. Design a rocket launcher which can hold the weight of an egg.
2. Design a pod which will transport the eggs back from space and let them land in the sea without cracking.
3. Investigate the best material to keep the eggs dry when they land in the sea.
The children will be using a range of materials to find out which ones are best suited to each task that NASA have given us.
